Class Schedule

Arrival & Assembly

• The college starts regularly at 9.30am with an assembly and it is followed unless and otherwise any exceptional reasons calls for a change.

• The college main gate will be closed once the first bell rings at 9.25am, and again it will be opened only after the assembly at 9.45 am.

• The students must be present for the college assembly and prayer. Nobody is allowed to exempt from the assembly.

• All the students are expected to arrange themselves for the assembly after the first bell. No one is allowed to roam around the campus. If someone is sick or unable to gather for the assembly, due permission from HOD is needed and only then is allowed to be in the class room.

• The students need to join for the common prayer and participate in the assembly in a devout manner.

• The students who use bicycles or two wheelers will get guidance from the security guard at the gate with regard to the parking of vehicles.

• Parking area should not be visited by the students during the college hours. Any talk and entertainment in the parking place shall be strictly prohibited.

• Without prior permission, the students are not allowed to go by two wheelers or by any other vehicles to other places inside the campus. Reckless driving inside the campus is a serious and punishable offence.

Lectures and Lecture Hall

• Everyday 7 Lecture hours are followed and it is unchanged unless otherwise reasons calls for any change. Students are expected to be on time for all the classes.

• Those who come late for the lecture should not enter the halls without the late slip issued by the authorized signatories. The late slip can be withdrawn if the latecomer while away the time excessively.

• Proper discipline and decorum has to be maintained inside the lecture hall.

• When the lecturers and other authorized persons enter into the lecture halls, all the students are asked to stand immediately in silence and remain seated only when they are told to take their assigned seats.

• All the students are responsible for the full safety, proper care and careful use of the furniture within the lecture halls.

• Writing or scribbling on the walls and furniture should be avoided and students can be punished. The students have to inform the lecturer in charge of the class for the breakage or damage done in the class room.

• The Lecture halls must be used for the lectures and academic activities purpose only. For other usage of the lecture hall, one must seek prior permission from the administrator.

• The students must take utmost care of their uniform and discipline within the lecture hall. Those who devalue proper uniform and discipline will be sent out of the hall immediately and will not be given attendance for that particular hour.

• Students need to get due permission from the lecturers both to enter and to leave the lecture hall when the lecture is going on. For sickness and any other emergency, the students can leave the hall with the permission of the lecturer. Granting and refusing of permission always depends on the knowledge and judgment of the lecturer. It is the responsibility and duty of the Students to ensure that they carry their text books, note books and other stationery materials required for each class. If the students lack any of these, they will be asked to leave the lecture hall immediately.

Uniforms and other Prescribed Wears

• The Students should present themselves only in the prescribed uniform that management suggests.

• Rules and regulations with regard to the uniform is approved only by the management. Only the lawful person has the right to make alternative arrangements with regard to uniform.

• The students must get their uniform from the college store only. The uniforms should be according to the college norms, otherwise students will not be allowed to enter the college.

• Boys must tuck in their shirts and wear a black plain leather belt with ordinary buckles and wear black leather shoes.

• Girls must wear their prescribed over coat and black cut shoes

• Tight Shirts and tight Pants are not allowed
