Tutoring Program – Guiding Every Trainee Toward Success
The Tutoring Program at Don Bosco Polytechnic College is a focused academic and moral support initiative designed to help at-risk trainees — including slow learners and irregular students — rediscover their confidence and learning potential.
Launched across all five departments, the program supports 30 selected trainees through a structured blend of technical guidance, soft skill development, and personalized mentoring. Dedicated trainers, Mr. S. Boobalan and Mr. R. Balaji, conduct both group sessions and individual follow-ups to ensure steady progress.
Weekly sessions on personality development, communication skills, goal setting, and discipline complement daily technical support classes. Students receive one-on-one evening guidance for doubt clarification, motivation, and study planning — creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
