Don Bosco Polytechnic College, Thirukalukundram, organised an inspiring seminar on "Leadership and Time Management" on 1st July 2026 in the College Seminar Hall. The programme was conducted as part of the Academic Year Inauguration 2026–2027 to equip students with essential leadership and personal management skills.

The seminar was delivered by Ms Sethu Lakshmi, Vice President, Suniti Solomon Foundation, and Senior Programs Lead at YRG Foundation, who served as the Resource Person. Drawing on her extensive professional experience, she delivered an engaging and thought-provoking session that impressed the importance of leadership, self-discipline, effective communication, goal-setting, and efficient time management in achieving academic excellence and career success.

Through interactive discussions and activities, the resource person encouraged students to develop confidence, take initiative, embrace responsibility, and cultivate leadership qualities. She highlighted the importance of managing time effectively and maintaining a positive attitude to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, making the session highly interactive and impactful. The programme provided valuable insights that inspired students to become responsible leaders, effective decision-makers, and lifelong learners.
