The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) organized an industrial visit to the Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam, on 10 July 2026. A total of 35 students participated in the visit along with faculty members.

The visit provided students with valuable exposure to advanced technologies, research facilities, and practical applications related to Electronics and Communication Engineering. Students gained insights into the functioning of a premier research and development institution and enhanced their understanding of emerging technologies beyond the classroom.

The industrial visit was an enriching learning experience that helped students connect their academic knowledge with real-world technological applications and motivated them to explore career opportunities in research and advanced technology sectors.
