Club Inauguration 2026–2027

On 16^th, July, Don Bosco Polytechnic College, Thirukazhukundram, successfully inaugurated its student clubs for the Academic Year 2026–2027 with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, faculty members, and distinguished guests.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome, followed by the introduction of the Chief Guest. During the inauguration, the Eco Club, National Service Scheme (NSS), Prayer Club, Band Club, Media Club, English Club, and Tamil Mandram presented their Vision and Mission, highlighting their objectives, planned activities, and commitment to nurturing students' talents, leadership, creativity, discipline, communication skills, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.

A major highlight of the programme was the Oath-Taking Ceremony, during which the College Pupil Leader (CPL), Assistant College Pupil Leader (ACPL), Girls' Leader, House Captains and House Vice-Captains solemnly took the oath. They pledged to perform their responsibilities with integrity, discipline, teamwork, and dedication while serving the student community throughout the academic year.

The Chief Guest, Mr. V. S. Ramesh Babu, Station Officer, Fire & Rescue Station, Thirukalukundram, Chengalpattu District, addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech. He encouraged the students to actively participate in club activities, cultivate leadership qualities, work together as a team, and use their talents to contribute positively to society. He highlighted that discipline, commitment, and service are essential qualities for becoming responsible citizens and successful professionals.
