Our college successfully conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) from 27th May 2024 to 31st May 2024, aimed at empowering and inspiring our staff. The program was led by Mr. Leo and Mrs. Nirmal, renowned experts in personal development and leadership.
The FDP focused on the theme “Discover the Real Powerful Purpose-Driven You”, providing valuable insights into self-discovery, personal growth, and leadership. It offered our staff the tools to unlock their full potential and align their professional lives with a meaningful, purpose-driven approach.
The program provided an interactive platform for staff members to reflect on their purpose, improve their professional journeys, and learn strategies for impactful personal and career growth. This initiative aims to inspire our faculty to become more purpose-driven in their teaching and leadership roles.
