From May 27 to 31, 2024, our college hosted an inspiring Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Discover the Real, Powerful, Purpose-driven You.” The program focused on exploring key themes such as the source of our lives, life’s purpose, personal vision, and self-esteem. Mr. Leo and Mrs. Nirmal led engaging sessions that provided practical insights and strategies for personal and professional development. This FDP was a great opportunity for staff to reflect, grow, and gain motivation, ultimately fostering a stronger sense of purpose and direction in their roles.
