On June 14, 2025, Niraivagam, in partnership with Surabi TVET, hosted a one-day seminar titled "Emotional Wellness for Empowered Mentoring" at Don Bosco Polytechnic College, Thirukazhukundram. Aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence in educators, the seminar focused on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and building safe, supportive classrooms. Through engaging sessions and reflective learning, faculty explored how emotional well-being directly impacts mentoring and student success. This impactful teacher training workshop reinforced the importance of emotional wellness in education, equipping educators with tools for personal growth and effective mentorship. The initiative reflects our commitment to empowering teachers for holistic educational development.
